Motherhood’s a Workout with Frankie Holah
Join pre- and postnatal coach, Frankie Holah, at our in-house postnatal class for new and current Mums.
The 60-minute group session will feature breathwork, mobility, and functional strength training to support your postnatal recovery, a safe return to exercise, and the daily physical demands of motherhood.
After the workout, there will be a chance to relax, have some refreshments together and discuss any questions, thoughts or concerns you may have around all things postnatal.
Little ones always welcome!
