Come and join me (Bea) with Bimble & Bolt for a 6.5km run and chat with the girls!
6pm Arrival
6:30pm 6.5k
7:15pm back at SOOO (snacks etc.)
Arrive from 6pm to slip into a pair of Bimble & Bolts shorts or leggings to run in (first come, first served - when demo pairs are gone, they’re gone). We’ll also have Puresport electrolytes on tap to ensure we can all hydrate before we run!
At 6:30pm we’ll then head off for a chatty 6.5km run around Regents Park led by me (6:30/km pace but no one will get left behind so please don’t panic if you want to run slower than this - this is about running and chatting with the girls, not about PBs or zone 5 tempo).
When we get back to store they’ll be snacks, drinks and Bimble & Bolt goody bags for everyone to take away and enjoy!
